Welcome to the new Creative Impulse - now located at www.impulsiveartists.com The old site, despite how much I loved the look, needed a bit of a makeover... so here we go! We've revamped the wallpapers section, and have added wallpapers to new series. We have also eliminated the Guests section and have integrated the former guests into actual site updaters. Welcome TheDigitalSin, wildarmsheero, and BigBigTruck to our duo, to make us a quintet! :) This site is optimized for any browser, at resolutions beginning at 800x600. It's been tested from 800x600 up to 1600x1200 in Netscape and Internet Explorer. For the coolest effects, view in IE 6.
Creative Impulse is a website made by fans for fans, and is totally non profit. We are making this site because we love making anime wallpapers and would like to share our works with other people. We are aware that there are other anime wallpaper sites out there, and they also produce the highest quality anime wallpapers on the net. We will provide links to this places so that you can enjoy their works too. Updates to this site will always be posted on the main page, here. October 09, 2005 - thedigitalsin The new Hellsing Ultimate OVA series is the basis for the 251st wallpaper on this website. This wallpaper also features both widescreen and PlayStation Portable resolutions. April 24, 2005 - jupe Today wildarmsheero sent me a link in MSN: http://jpelon.free.fr/concept/index.html. I realize that I should be proud that my design is nice enough that someone wanted to rip it, but it wasn't as though it was an inspiration. This guy actually ripped the entire site, all its content, etc, and then had the balls to put his own name on it. I've begun to send him mail. If he doesn't understand english, I do have my sources and can have french corrospondence. Either way, I do believe that it will be made clear to him that if he doesn't change his site, legal action will be taken. March 22nd, 2005 - thedigitalsin Added a new Tenjho Tenge section, featuring a Mac version and PC version of the new wallpaper, and each has a special widescreen version. This marks wallpaper number 250. February 15th, 2005 - wildarmsheero Added two new Ghost in the Shell wallpapers and two new Azumanga Daioh wallpapers. There are now 249 wallpapers. September 18th, 2004 - jupe & TheDigitalSin Three new wallpapers added: two for Lineage 2 and one for the newly created Berserk section. There are now 245 wallpapers to choose from. September 12th, 2004 - wildarmsheero Haven't had an update in a while, huh? Anyways, there are two new Evangelion wallpapers and one Big O wallpaper. Enjoy. Total wallpapers: 242. July 15th, 2004 - TheDigitalSin New wallpaper in the Gungrave section. Said wallpaper also features widescreen resolutions, in 2560x1600 and 1920x1200. The total is now at 239. June 27th, 2004 - Dude Three new wallpapers in new Harry Potter section. Total wallpapers: 238. May 29th, 2004 - thedigitalsin New wallpaper in newly added Street Fighter section, bringing the total number of wallpapers to 235. May 25th, 2004 - Dude New Samurai Champloo wallpaper. Total number of wallpapers: 234. May 21st, 2004 - thedigitalsin New section added (Mezzo DSA); one more wallpaper added. Total number of wallpapers: 233. May 19th, 2004 - wildarmsheero I added a new section for Gundam. This section will be for all the Gundam series, seeing there are quite a lot of them. Anyways, you'll find a Gundam SEED wallpaper in there by me. This brings the count up to 232. May 1st, 2004 - wildarmsheero Wow, this site has become rather quiet. Anyways, I'm checking in with some new Evangelion and Witch Hunter Robin wallpapers. We now have 231 wallpapers.
